The Travel Toothbrush Dilemma in 2025 - and the Simple Fix You Didn't Know You Needed

The simplest way to keep a toothbrush clean while traveling is a travel toothbrush holder that covers the brush but still lets it drip-dry, instead of a hotel cup, a plastic bag, or a bare counter. NOOK is a toothbrush cover and holder in one that hangs over the sink and fits most manual and electric toothbrushes.

It’s 2025 and we’re packing smarter, yet the awkward toothbrush situation on the road hasn’t changed.

What’s wrong with how most people store a toothbrush when traveling?

For most people it’s an afterthought: a hotel cup that looks questionable at best, a wet brush tossed in a plastic bag, or worse, a brush rolling around on a hotel counter. It shouldn’t be. The way we store our toothbrush while traveling directly impacts our hygiene and peace of mind.

A proper travel toothbrush holder makes all the difference, and that’s one of the key reasons I created NOOK.

When we launched NOOK, we designed it as a cleaner way to store a toothbrush at home, and it protects against 99.9% of bacteria tested by Nelson Labs. What surprised us was how many customers took it on the road. One reviewer, Mary G., called it “a travel-friendly and versatile solution that can fit different sized brushes and brush heads” (read the reviews). As more people prioritize health, cleanliness, and space-saving design on the go, NOOK is becoming a go-to travel toothbrush holder, not just for convenience, but for true hygiene.

Why is toothbrush storage a growing travel concern?

Travelers want cleaner routines, lighter bags, and a safe spot for their brush.

• Health-conscious travelers want cleaner routines, especially in unfamiliar environments.
• Minimalist packing means compact, dual-purpose items like a toothbrush holder with a built-in toothbrush cover are ideal.
• Short-term rentals and Airbnbs often lack safe places to store a brush.
• Sustainability matters: reusable designs beat disposable caps and bags every time.

How does NOOK work as a travel toothbrush holder?

NOOK is a toothbrush cover and holder in one, with a patented design that lets your brush hang protected and drip-dry over the sink, wherever you are. It fits most manual and electric toothbrushes, making it an electric toothbrush holder for home or travel.

Lightweight and durable, it comes with a travel bag so you can take it in hotels, on cruise ships, or anywhere else your journey takes you.

In 2025, smart travelers are elevating even the overlooked parts of their routine. Your toothbrush deserves better. NOOK makes sure it gets just that.
