We ship USPS Standard. All orders placed before will be shipped out within 1 to 3 business days.

Returns

Please contact hello@nooktoothbrushholder.com to initiate a return/refund.

Our product should be sent back in the packaging of your choosing. A return label will be provided for you once you have initiated the returns process by way of email. Include the product(s) in the return package. We cannot cover the cost of return shipping. A charge will be applied and deducted from your refund.

For a full refund that does not incur the shipping return fee, you may ship back the package using your own means. 

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
